Thank you for using OmniTools!
How we build practical, transparent tools
OmniTools focuses on defined tasks whose output can be explained and checked, including document and image processing, resume creation, and career preparation. Each tool states supported formats and practical limits instead of making broad promises that cannot be measured.
We prefer in-browser processing when it is suitable so files remain on the user’s device. When a feature depends on the server, the tool page explains that behavior. We review output quality, performance, and accessibility, while users should still preview every result and keep the original file.
How OmniTools tests its tools
We test the complete path from input to download; a visible button or a page that opens is not counted as a working tool. File utilities are reviewed with Arabic and English content, multiple pages, images, and tables whenever the format supports them.
- Start with a controlled file whose content, order, and dimensions are known.
- Confirm that the download opens and that count, order, and format match the requested operation.
- Compare searchable text, image quality, and Arabic direction when the tool is expected to preserve them.
- Exercise file limits, error messages, cancellation, or retry behavior where the tool supports it.
- Review mobile, desktop, keyboard use, and color contrast before approving a public page.
Editorial and update policy
Every tool guide is written against the implemented behavior and states the expected result, the meaningful limitation, and a way to verify the download. We do not copy competitor descriptions or publish one template with only the tool name changed. Notes are updated when a library, file limit, or processing path changes.
Uploaded-file privacy
Each tool page states where processing happens. Tools labelled “browser processing” handle the file on your device and do not send it to an external conversion service. Read the page notice before using sensitive material, and always keep the original because closing the tab or clearing browser data may remove a local session.
Support and corrections
OmniTools is maintained by an independent product team that reviews the published tools and guidance. Report an incorrect result or broken page through Contact or support@omnitols.com, and describe the problem without attaching a private document. Policy last reviewed: October 20, 2026.
