Privacy Policy for OmniTools

Scope
This policy applies to OmniTools at https://omnitols.com and to the related OmniTools CV, Career and Portfolio service at https://cv.omnitols.com. They are one platform operated through separate application environments.
Files and content
Most OmniTools document, PDF, image and OCR tools process files in your browser. Files are not sent to a third-party API unless a tool clearly states otherwise before use. The CV service stores account and resume data only when you choose to create or save it. More details are available in the CV privacy notice at https://cv.omnitols.com/privacy.
First-party measurement
We use limited first-party product measurement to understand page, category, tool and completion activity and to improve reliability. Measurement events may include the page path, locale, event type, product surface and random browser or session identifiers. They do not include uploaded filenames, file contents, OCR input or output, resume text, contact details, job descriptions or portfolio content.
On omnitols.com, analytics measurement starts only after Analytics consent. The main site also respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement.
Advertising and cookies
OmniTools uses Google AdSense on suitable public pages of omnitols.com. Advertising code is loaded only after the required advertising consent. Advertising is not placed inside CV documents, generated PDFs, print output, resume previews, user portfolio content or misleadingly close to processing and download controls. Advertising code is not enabled in the CV application by default.
Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. You can manage ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com/.
Third-party services
The CV service uses Supabase for authentication and saved account or resume data and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process data according to their own privacy terms and our configuration. Our pages may also link to external websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Data choices and rights
You can change your cookie choices from the consent controls where available. Signed-in CV users can manage or delete their account data from the account page. You may also request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting support@omnitols.com.
Children's privacy
OmniTools does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
